How I Work & Insurance-Based Care
I provide evidence-based, structured therapy for adults, with a primary clinical focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
Insurance-based services in my practice are limited to short-term CBT-I for insomnia.
Clients seeking longer-term or trauma-focused therapy may work with me through Lyra EAP or private-pay arrangements, depending on availability and clinical fit.
